11 shipped baskets and counting!

11 baskets have been sent to bereaved families. I will be sending out another this week. That is a lot of heartache and loss, but also a bit of comfort and support.


This is the next basket being shipped out. It has: A memorial frame, journal, angel, candle, butterfly, and keepsake box.

7 Baskets!!!

Wow everyone! 7 baskets have been shipped to bereaved families so far. They have gone to Minnesota, California, two to Ohio, Canada, Utah, and New York. None of these would be possible without the generous contributions of others, and I am so thankful! While I know that no words can help a hurting heart, my hope is that these items offer parents some support and comfort during their grief.

General Information

Caleb's baskets are made especially for those that have recently lost their child to HLHS. (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.) HLHS is the most complex cardiac defect seen in newborns, and remains the most challenging to manage. A series of three surgeries are needed to save their life.

Caleb's Comfort Baskets include items like:

* picture frame/memorial plaque
* candle
* journal
* keepsake box/figurine
* a note from Me

Each basket is wrapped and tied with ribbon!

Caleb's Comfort Project is funded through generous contributions of family and friends. This helps to cover the costs of the items, baskets, and shipping.
